ExecutorEstate
The full toolkit

Much more than document storage.

Executor Estate combines a secure vault, cryptographically-verified identity, a permissioned release engine, and a guided executor walkthrough into one platform — built so your loved ones get exactly what they need at exactly the moment they need it.

Foundation

Encrypted document vault

Upload any documents, photos or videos that your executor or family will need. Every document is encrypted with bank-grade AES-256, fingerprinted with SHA-256, and time-stamped on the Bitcoin network so it's provable forever.

Provenance

Identity-verified consent video

Scan a QR code with your phone to record a short consent statement confirming you are who you say you are and the documents in your account are complete and accurate. We capture the video, your location, your phone's fingerprint, and a cryptographic signature — all bundled together as defensible proof for any future legal challenge.

Who, what, when

Role-based release plan

Name your executor and other trusted contacts, and the platform handles the rest. Nothing is released until your death is verified AND the people you designated have signed off.

Calm in the chaos

Step-by-step executor walkthrough

When the time comes, your documents are released to the appropriate people at the appropriate time per your instructions.

Stay in the loop

Quarterly check-ins

Gentle quarterly emails ask you (or your designated proxy) if anything has changed — new car, refinance, beneficiary update, a different attorney. Two clicks and it's recorded. Keeps the vault accurate over time.

Built-in continuity

Successor Chain

Name an executor plus 1 – 3 trusted contacts who can also initiate the release process.

Legacy

Personal asset inventory

Photograph or record a video of your cars, art, jewelry, wine, guns, and anything else worth cataloging. The provenance belongs with the assets. This builds a catalog of significant personal items for families to enjoy — the stories of your life, your travels, your background and history. Have you ever wondered, “Mom, where did you and dad buy this painting?” Now you can curate those stories and preserve them for the next generation.
